Description
The American Tank Company required a new 15,000sf administration office and warehouse facility be constructed
in Windsor, CA.
The concrete tilt-up and panelized wood roof construction system was selected for economy and durability.
This project was designed and subdivided as a 3-lot commercial condominium.
The facility includes a full size racquetball court, exercise facility,
locker room and employee lounge.
